Directions:

Use on clean dry feet. Spray the bottoms of your feet and between your toes, wait thirty seconds before walking or putting on your footwear. Follow up with applying our foot lotion  to lock moisture in.

Distilled Water (Aqua), Witch Hazel (Hammamelis Virginiana), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) essential oil, Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Essential Oil, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) Essential Oil.
