Calendula has long been used in homeopathic preparations and when combined with coconut oil, it becomes an excellent salve for burns, bruises, cuts and diaper rash.
Calendula oil has soothing and skin softening properties and is gentle enough to use as a baby oil or instead of a diaper cream. It can be added to a bath water to give the skin smooth velvety feel as well as provide relief to a sun-burnt skin. It is also considered a good choice when preparing a massage oil blends with other carrier and essential oils.
Calendula Herbal Oil is used in many preparations of facial creams and serums, ointments, tinctures, cosmetics, shampoo and baby wipes.
Use max of 15% of Calendula Oil for Creams & Ointments.
Cautions: Do not use if allergic to any plants from a Daisy family. Do not apply to open wounds.
