Refreshing and rich in Vitamin C this toner gently clarifies your skin and refines the pores. Alcohol-free witch hazel helps regulate moisture and oil balance of the skin.

Directions:

Shake before use. hold bottle back from face and spray over thoroughly cleansed face and neck area. 

Use daily after STEP 1: Cleanser and before STEP 3: Moisturizer.
